4.1 Public Information

The following information is publicly visible to all App users:

• Your profile name and profile picture
• Property and marketplace listings you create (including photos, descriptions, prices, and location)
• Contact information you choose to include in listings (phone number, WhatsApp number)

We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our App:

• Supabase: Our backend database and authentication provider
• Expo: Our app development and deployment platform
• WhatsApp: For direct messaging functionality (when you choose to contact other users)

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your data is stored securely using Supabase's cloud infrastructure with the following security features:

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS/SSL (HTTPS) protocols
• Encryption at Rest: All data stored in our databases is encrypted using AES-256 encryption

However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If you wish to delete your account, please contact us, and we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes.

• In-App: Navigate to Profile → Help & Support within the app and submit an account deletion request
• Email: Send a request to sonafranciskundu@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request"

We will process your deletion request within 30 days and send you a confirmation once completed. Please note that some information may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes as outlined in Section 6 (Data Retention).

8. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us, and we will delete such information.

9. Third-Party Links

Our App may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as WhatsApp). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information.
